I saw one where the guy was saying they're being sold cheap materials to build homes, because the suppliers don't want spend the money for quality materials. That might be why these old houses are going for so much right now.

This woman was talking to her family on Thanksgiving when she was surprised by her daughter falling through the ceiling. The daughter was in the attic getting Christmas decorations when the attic floor broke and she landed on the ground floor with a thud. Thankfully, however, she was alright and did not sustain any major injuries except some bruises and scratches.

Happened to me while doing an estimate to clean a attic when I first started my business 
Fell through and left a big hole in the guy's ceiling with hella dust and debris in his living room. Then I had to tell him we wouldn't be able to do it. He was cool about it though. We got a plastic tarp to cover the hole, cleaned up the mess and got up outta there.
