I dropped my phone on my pc and the screen went blank and the says no signal on the monitor and after a while the fans will speed up and start to run really fast. I have no idea what to do other than that i need to get this pc working ASAP as the pics on it are of my late parent That i can’t ever get back plus some projects that I’ve been working on

First off, your pictures and projects are safely stored on your harddrive which you can always remove and insert in another computer with no problem. Once you regain access, make sure you start making use of online storage (see google drive or microsoft onedrive). Secondly, check your cabling and make sure you didn't accidentally detach your display cables or possibly even change your monitor's input mode. Finally, I'm sorry for your loss. I lost my father in June this year and I know the pain of only having pictures or videos to his voice or see his smile. I wish you joy and strength. All the best in your projects.
