sounds like the file is corrupted, or not compatible. have you tried transferring the save file from your old PC, instead of using the cloud save?

Even though you said you didn't use mods. Delete the mod folder and load up the game on PC, be sure to click the gear in the launcher and uncheck Enable Mods.

Yeah imma try this once I get home; the files play fine on the desktop PC though, so I dont think they are corrupted. But even when I do a new save at the higher levels, it crashes that save on the laptop. But will load new saves on the lower levels lol
