Capcom's latest FY24 results reveal an interesting trend: Capcom now makes most of its digital game sales on PC, with 28.21 million units sold annually.

All my Capcom games since 2019 been on PC.

A lot of it is Chinese and Taiwanese gamers. PC gaming is more accessible there especially because of net cafes.

PC steadily becoming a top competitor again. Its crazy cause alot of the big fighting game competitors have mostly moved to pc for their daily playing even though the PS5 is used for tournaments.

PC can guarantee lower latency. If you've got a 120hz monitor and good video card, you'll have a smoother experience.

I think the freedom of PC also has alot of pluses as well besides paying for online:
You're not forced to buy (digital) games in one area. (GMG, Fanatical, Humble Bundle, CDkeys, etc)
Mods if you're interested in that
You can build a nice computer albeit at a higher cost but don't have to worry about replacing it 5-7 years later for a new iteration
Once you buy a game you have almost infinite backwards compatibility no matter how many times you upgrade your pc
Getting exclusives from both Sony and Microsoft on top of the third-party shyt.

Knew I was gonna want to mod DD2 for item weight changes and have Ashley's titties and bootyhole on display in RE4R, so the answer was obvious.

Only shyt I'm getting on consoles now are games I have no intention of modding and exclusives.

It is what it is.

Now, if Sony brought back MAG tomorrow, or somebody got the servers back up and running for that bytch, my PC would only be good for titty games again.
