PC Trouble (Troubleshooting)

(really didnt know where else to put this..i see a lot of tech savvy nigs in here so hay..)

i've been having trouble for the past few months getting my comp to detect my java. i have troubleshot to hell and back and shyt still aint sweet. anybody have this prob? any tips on fixing this?

it first started to act up when i was going to Pogo.com. i can no longer play games on there because the shyt wont detect. im still running windows 7
