Just dropped a new music vid called "Body in the trunk". Been doing a lot of storytelling joints lately something that's kind of been a lost art form. I ain't got a big "movie" budget but did the best i could with what i have. I co produced the beat as well sampling "Riders in the storm" by the doors, took the bassline from Herb alpert's "Rise" and a part of Mariah Carey's vocals in the background from "breakdown".

The video is great. The collab with the singer/rapper girl is great.

Musically it hits and is on timing.

I know the time and teamwork it takes to make something like this and it's much more work than I do.

when i hear the beat, i can actually kinda hear that synth line from "the message" by grandmaster flash added to it in my head

i can also hear the arpeggiated synth/chime sound in the beat for 'juicy' by biggie

i dont personally make hiphop but like if i remixed this i would add those samples lol
