The HCs role on gameday is much larger than going to one individual player or position group and going over with them what they should be doing. That’s actually occurred the entire week of game prep. Player just needs to execute. That’s a position coaches task.

The Falcons are underperforming relative to their talent level. I would not surprised if they fire their OC and bring in someone like Brian Daboll after the season.

They don’t have to fire him. He’s headed back to his alma mater in Stillwater to be the HC

There's a lot out there where Penix talks about how Kirk has been a mentor of sorts. I don't know if that remains the case, but Penix definitely said Kirk has been nothing but supportive.

At this point, I'm asking where the QB coach and the OC are. Even TJ Yates (pass-game coordinator) is a source of knowledge.
