dang no one cares that they had to train thru injuries? That doesnt sound safe at all

I mean it's SPORTS Breh. When I was on the wrestling team we had a girl on the team who got her ankle broken in a match. Instead of throwing the match she went right back in and BEAT that muthafukka. It comes with the territory of you are serious about it. You gotta be in shape and sometimes you gotta train/play through injury. If you wanna quit then quit, but that's the game

I'm not an athlete so people being able to heal normally and having unruined, functioning bodies seems more important to me. Why break yourself to win once when you can care for yourself and win forever :ld:
