D. Rose was nice but he wasn't all around skilled like Penny. He was more of a freakish athlete. Penny had sublime skill level to go with elite size and outstanding athleticism.

Just think about it like this. We've seen Russell Westbrook come in the same era as D. Rose and be arguably better. We've not seen another Penny yet.

This isn’t far fetched. Penny had nice handle ,could finish with both hands,post game, passing, could drop 25-40, his range wasn’t that great but could shoot 3’s
