Penthouse Players Clique was an American hip hop duo that consisted of rappers Wilbert Bryan "Playa Hamm" Milo and Calvin "Tweed Cadillac" Brown. They were signed to Eazy-E's Ruthless Records.
History

Playa Hamm and Tweed Cadillac came together in 1991 and joined Eazy-E's Ruthless Records soon after. They released their only album in 1992 entitled Paid the Cost, which made it to #1 on the Top Heatseekers album chart. The Penthouse Players Clique also made a song for the Trespass Soundtrack in 1993.

Glad to see there are a few peeps who know of this work. The album has lyricism, player/pimp ish and gangsta ish. The production is on point as well. Interesting to see Quik get down with Ruthless and Death Row. I know Eazy offered him a millie after he heard his demo but he had already signed to Profile.

Quik's Group Home/INI album before Group Home/INI. Some of Quik's most underrated work and Hamm was spittin on here.

Bought the album strictly on album cover with Quik and Eazy...bout to break my tape out and bump this...analog and Quik:blessed:
