Teaching has to be one of the worst pay-work hour ratios in the world. That's not accounting the leadership issues they faces, bad kids, and burnout they face.


Teachers on TikTok are leading quitting in mass numbers. This is statistically proven by the teaching position open for hire across the countries.

This will have a vast effect on our students in the following years to come. Governments should either hire more or pay more to avoid more resignation.
