yea I know that spring can get its calendar start in march. but yall know what I'm talking about.

people fall for the cap-up annually.
you know when we get that preview stretch of spring weather in march, and people start celebrating like the winter is over, and all the dead-beats suddenly show their faces outside, and idiots dressing like its summertime.
only for half of these people to catch colds before the stretch of good weather is even over. and then looking stupid when it snows a week or so later.
am I the only one that finds this amusing year-in & year-out?
