People In Legal/Medical Marijuana Card States Come In Here

I just got my card recently and started getting my weed about a month ago. I still find the process weird to just go In,smell, and pick my weed and walk out of the door like its nothing. I think its really good besides the bullshyt that's going on in society today we have ways to legally smoke no problem. But a question that's been bothering me Is where are the minority owned dispensaries? It seems like every dispensary I got to its ran by white people and not that I have a problem with that but are we the ones that was getting time in jail/prison for selling that shyt but now that its legal in some states you would think one of us would run one at least? Or even have grant funds for ex felons to have access to funds to get a dispensary? Just some random thoughts

but you're right. I guess until it becomes legal In states where blacks are kind of the majority we won't see it

In legal states they're finna make it so that felons can't grow weed. They basically wanna push black/poor people out of the weed business completely. Only rich dudes are gonna have access to those profits pretty soon.

As far as minority dispensary owners go? They def exist. Not in a medical state but i've been through a few. Met a lot of minority dispensary owners. If you're not seeing them its probably just the dispensary you're going too or the part of town you're in.

I went to one dispensary they had like 5 lil nikkas posted out front making jugs and shyt.


Also when it comes down to it white boys are more interested in growing weed at a connoisseur level then black people. You won't meet a lot of black people who are really obsessed with bud. Black dispensary owners i know are in it for the money. These whiteboys literally live for that shyt though.

I'm seriously considering what my course of action is when marihuana is rightfully legalized in NY.

I think it is a matter of necessity that I get a loan & own a dispensary & employ at least 20% of workers who have a felony drug convictions.

As a Black man...I feel like I don't want to own one...but I kind of have too. I could not walk around without vomiting if, after 4 decade War on Drugs helped decimate Black communities, only young trust fund babies are making a profit on it.

Colorado is full of people legally growing it. New laws passed so that the shops can buy more of it rather than growing a certain percen . too much supply . @60$ an ounce what dealer is gonna compete with that? None. give it till May of next year
