Tom Brady might have a presence on social media, but from an outsider's perspective, it doesn't seem like he engages with people on it to a high degree.

It seems like the only people who get bitten by social media and the wacky narratives construed on there are the people who actually care what the social mediots have to say. Cats can expose all of this alleged dirt on you, but if you just move on with your day without giving any attention to these gossiping fools, eventually they just leave you alone for the most part. It's like a bully trying to bully someone who couldn't care less about even acknowledging you. How can you strike fear into me if I couldn't care less about your existence?

hmm, there is alot that goes into it tho, first lebron narratives started with the 24 hour news cycle, not just social media, that didnt kick off til later..Lebron was always put up against MJ. When Brady came up he was like underdog with elite defense, then he had spotlight with peyton manning who many would ask if he can get over the hump, he didnt do it at tenn., can he do it in NFL, etc. Brady won super bowl early so he didnt have monkey on his back or anything like that.. There is no narrative in NFL you need to win a million championships to be considered great..

NBA I dont even know who or how people can watch those sports shows nonstop that have to make up stuff to fill time..
