I admit defeat sometimes used cars ain't worth, especially if you don't do a proper inspection. And it makes you realize why foreign cost so much

Easiest way to come up is flipping cars
The trick is you get em to sell you it after they go to a mechanic and tell you what’s wrong.
They get a 1k bill to replace a starter, you give ‘em x amount and take the car off their hands non running.

Its easier to work on a car today than it was 20 years ago. You can find a youtube video to walk you through 90% of car repairs down to your make and model. Its way better than when nikkas had to struggle through them thick ass car repair manuals back in the day.

Lowkey from my experience Triple A guys know plenty about cars as well.

If you ever need to get roadside assistance ask the driver about another issue your car may be having when they get there.

One of them saved me plenty of money because he was able to disarm and remove a 3rd party alarm that would've cost me plenty of money to remove by myself (tried the youtube thing but there was no info). Basically got it done for half price, and probably 1/10 the hassle and time (which is why I tipped them half of what I would've spent at the mechanic).

Put it on jackstands and put a wheel under the subframe, or a cinder block. People only get fcked up under a car because they ignore safety. The safer you work on a car the faster you'll get done cause you won't be hesitant.

Good work @Ezekiel 25:17 you on your way to save a ton of money by not having to pay for labor. Wait until you see how easy it is to change brakes when shops charge $600-$800. Depending on the car an alternator is WAY more effort than a brake job.
