When they cook your shyt right a good portion of the bone should be tender enough to eat. I be tearing that shyt up. That’s extra protein, calcium and collagen that you nikkas are letting go to waste :ufdup:

Shout out to my Jamaicans they know how to cook their chicken dishes to the point where the bones are edible :noah:

Edit: One time around... 2003 maybe... I was at a Chinese restaurant in Vegas. Ordered a big plate of spare ribs (it was 3 orders on the same plate). Those shyts were delicious :eat:

As I'm working through my meal, I notice a small crowd of servers have formed near the table and are watching me eat. They're speaking Chinese and pointing at me and shyt. I asked the waiter what was going on. He said something along the lines of, "You clean bone better than dog." :laugh:

It was true so I couldn't even be mad :manny:

fukk it, I'm going in since this is my time to shine.

So I like to make chicken tacos.

Part of the process of making chicken tacos is boiling bone-in skin on breasts, then shredding the meat. After you shred the meat, you're left with just the breast bone and some meat / fat left over on the bone. I toss some Lawry's on that shyt and throw it in the deep fryer. The result comes out looking like this:

Here's how it ended...

That was all that remained from 3 bone-in skin-on breasts.

Oh, the skin also got salted and fried too.
