enjoy what you like but consistency and having staples in your diet helps in the long run

as many said, gotta view food as a fuel/resource for your body instead of entertainment/dopamine booster for most of the week

its also not that you cant have "junk" food or indulge in what you like, its just that a diet of that will be harder for you to hit all your nutritional needs (e.g. a large pizza could be most of your daily caloric intake if not all of it, but you are still missing other micronutrients not to mention a lopsided carb/fat/protein ratio) ... this especially applies to people with athletic goals

people take for granted how much of their health is improved by just eating foods that benefit you and staying hydrated

i personally would indulge when i want but kinda intuitively know when i need to get back on routine for a bit to balance it out

I know coli brehs don’t really like too much shyt. But I never expected anyone to say they don’t enjoy food. This gotta be a coli first
:heh:
Nah, I'm a card carrying member of the Yams-Ahsii tribe breh, you can't hold no thick woman if you skimping on the plates.

I just exert self control enough to mostly limit my splurging for the weekend.

I imagine that's how most do it.

But tbh, I've come across heads that really don't DO food like that.

Rather eat some junk food like chips over a luxurious plate. Not too common but they definitely exist.

Know a breh who'd confess to forgetting to eat dinner...

"Like what? Your stomach won't remind you? :why: "

Easy routine to follow as prices of food go up everywhere. I’ll try different foods when I go out but day to day it’s mainly the same.
