Nah, he belonged in the league.

He always was a good outside shooter, smart with the ball, his assist/turnover ratio was fantastic. He was never going to be the starting PG for a good team, but he was exactly what you want out of a backup PG or a fill-in starter when your team sucks anyway.

I remember when he played for Portland, he used to FEAST against the Lakers, just killing them with midrange jumpers over and over.

Then LA got him, and he was on the career decline and basically sucked for them.
