I wear glasses and contacts. Most of the time when I wear contacts is when I'm out and about. I wear my glasses when I'm at home or have to run some quick errands.

I'm tired of wearing them, I feel like I've never had a pair that looked great on me. I had contacts for a little while but they're too expensive ad you've gotta keep putting them in and taking them out.

Plus I need to get a new pair of glasses before the year is out, thinking something similar to Malcolm x.

Honestly not as much as i used to. At times i hate them. Im getting contacts tomorrow.

People see a black dude with glasses= Urkel

We have yet to see a commercially successful brotha out there that makes glasses look cool like a Stephen Colbert type.

Im better looking without these things anyways and have more confidence without em. Plus i cant really enjoy phsyical activities and playing sports without worrying about these falling off my face.

Been wearing glasses since i was 10. Again, even tho im fat nowadays... i rarely go to bed alone.

Here. I don't mind my glasses. I used to love wearing them since I had good vision insurance at one time and could buy really nice frames for a reasonable price. So I would always get DKNY, Jones New York, etc type of frames and they looked fashionable. Recently, I've thought about getting corrective eye surgery. Not interested in contacts because I don't like the idea of putting them in.

I have some Malcolm X style glasses. Mine are more rectangular and has less height and has the clear wire wrap under the lenses instead of the steel wrap.

Not on the black thick rimmed lebron like trim a lot of dudes are on. I like the more sophisticated look of a thinner frame.
