Another thing : the permalinks have the page number in them so they only works in 1 of 3 settings (depending on if you're with 15, 30 or 50 post/page layout gang).
Would it be possible to set the permalinks with the post number relative to said thread and without the page number ?
For example, this is the link of post #51 of the Coli Smiley reference thread using a 50 p/p layout : http://www.thecoli.com/threads/the-coli-smiley-reference.2685/page-2#post-104119
Is it possible to tweak it some way to have look it like that : http://www.thecoli.com/threads/the-coli-smiley-reference.2685/post#51. This way, all the link will work regardless of the p/p layout...
Maybe it's the way things are set by default in Xenforo and can't be changed but I don't understand the kinda global post count and the need to have the page number in the links. Because of that, when you p/p layout is different from the one which the links were created with, you only get to the page number, which is embarrassing. If I'm on a 15 p/p layout and I enter the link to post #51 above in my bar adress, I will only get to the top of page 2 and therefore to post #16 (or to post #31 with the 30p/p layout)
Can something be done to resolve this issue ?
