Probably 92-93 for me...
- You had the Dream Team during the Summer
- Barkley traded to Phoenix and winning the MVP
- Shaq's rookie season
- Hornets being the first expansion team to win a playoff series against the celtics
- LJ and Alonzo both averaging 20 and 10
- the Knicks actually having the best record in the East and home court but we all knew they would still lose to MJ

- the Charles Smith block game

- MJ vs Barkley in the Finals
- John Paxon
92-93 for me,to.
Always takes me back to my childhood and the summer the Suns traded for Barkley.
I was living in LA at the time, but me and moms had just flew out to Arizona to visit my grandmother.
The news of Barkley being traded to the Suns hit soon as we landed. We were literally leaving the airport in a taxi and the driver was listening to the local sports talk radio.I'll never forget. The driver was an old white dude and this dude just exploded "Yeah whoooooo...we got Barkley!! The Suns just traded for Charles Barkley!" clapping and shyt.
I wasn't even a Suns fan yet, but that day stuck out to me.It had to be a big deal for this complete stranger to act like a retarded jackass in front of me.I was familiar with Barkley, but I had no idea how good he was.I was a kid from compton california.I knew Magic Johnson, Kevin Johnson, Clyde Drexler etc...but Barkley was too far east.
But yeah, that taxi driver's reaction left an impression on me.I kept an eye on the Suns that year, just to see what "the big deal" was.
Ended up becoming a fan. That was a magical season.I remember being on pins & needles when they almost lost in the 1st round to the

Lakers
I still say if we had Ced Ceballos during the Finals, we would've beaten the Bulls
Fukk it, I say it
'04-'05 was the shyt, to.
Nash first year back....Joe Johnson...Matrix....young Amare beasting.
In fact, I think that Nash squad might be the most talented Suns team of all times.Specifically the '04-'05 team with Joe Johnson.
