Personal Smiley System Idea

First question. How do i unsubscribe to an alert for every uploaded picture

Secondly. Would it be cool if we had a way we could take all the smileys that are in the smiley databases in the media area and have a one click method to places those smileys in our personal smiley database. Seems like it wouldnt take up any extra space

So i see a pic in the media center i like.
i click the control panel area.
Select add to smileys


I can then use :smileyname: in threads and insert that smiley.
You could have limits on the number of smileys someone could have if databse size is a concern.

Maybe its already in place and i just dont know what the fukk im doing though.

Do you have to download and then upload other peoples smiles to add them to your smiley group?

It seems to me that you're watching a media category just like you can watch threads and forums. Sometimes when you upload a media, it'll automatically watch it. Click on media and go to the different categories, like smiley or gifs and see if it says unwatch category at the top.

As far as the media database, this is one of the most important if not the top priority feature needed. I too hate having to search for media or smileys when I can just have an icon on the toolbar with the smiley and picture ones that has my saved media. I do believe there's the option to add media that you've created but a database of a few select saved smiley would be great. Who knows? Maybe that's being worked on for the next upgrade.

There's no way to link the two right now, not a bad idea though. I can look into it. But for right meow, if you want to take a smiley thats in the media gallery, you just right click, then click copy image address, then paste it where it says: "Import Smiley from URL" and you're good.
