You don't see anything though. It's censored.

The dude pets the tiger, then the tiger grabs his arm and the camera doesn't show much after the tiger bites his arm.

Then it cuts to a picture of the aftermath where you see a section of red just censored out.

Edit: Seems like the Tiger went tiger when dude grabbed his neck :hubie:

Tiger was cool with him petting him, then at some point Breh grabbed the back of the tigers neck.

That's what set it off.

He died from a heart attack at the hospital after the attack.
The young zoo keeper was rushed to a nearby hospital shortly after being attacked. The doctors reportedly wanted to amputate his hand, but he declined before his health slowly faded and he died of a heart attack, which doctors somewhat attributed to the fact that he was a diabetic.
