there's good alternative medicine and sh*tty alternative medicine... just like there's good modern medicine and there's sh*tty modern medicine.

things like herbs are absolutely legit in solving health problems. there are also many ailments that can be cured simply through diet and/or lifestyle changes.

the body is a natural healer... we just have to stay out of the way.

i go by scientific consensus, there is hardly any peer-reviewed, empirical data on this stuff, which is why its not recommended.....
