Mitch was able to hire the best tank commander in B Scott, did the unthinkable and was able to make sure Lakers kept their top 5 pick. Now Lakers are set up for the future with multiple cap space for max players with the cap space going up, with Durant a FA in 2016 and Westbrook in 2017. Mitch gets my vote too.
