This is who black people should vote for? They can’t even acknowledge the man was killed by a police officer. Invoke MLK to police the tone of protest while ignoring that MLK himself said looting and rioting is the language of the oppressed. fukk both of them.

And that’s really all that needs to be said. Is it smart to come after cops with a knife? No, but does that mean if you have mental illness you’re getting killed? Police are being paid to make better decisions than the public and thry fail.
I really think a white dude would be alive. Again, white cops just don’t acknowledge these men as being friends, brothers, cousins, kids. Thry acknowledge them as being bionic, raging demons. There is a detachment that no one seems to talk about.
See, I see a breh and I think he could be family. I don’t approach him as a criminal. But white people for the most part look at him like he is a murderous criminal stranger and that justifies putting him down.
We gotta keep this in mind when dealing with the cops. As everything in this racist life, we don’t get any benefit of the doubt.

There is still a massive disconnect here. Black people react the way thry do because the justice system continues to fail us. We already know what the end result will be. Look at the big picture. The way people feel about looting, you’d think they’d feel far worse about murder, but thry do not. I don’t think white people understand this.
Destroying property by itself we can all agree is wrong. Destroying property because you are being failed by the people who are supposed to protect you is different. Black lives treated with less care and urgency than stores?

I feel the same way when it comes to police killing people and failing to disuse situations. I feel the same way when the justice system fails to punish and hold the murderers accountable.
Black lives been getting looted since day 1. Looting on its own I disagree with but that seems to be the only way a certain group seems pays attention.
