All time? NYC beats every city. Even with NY falling way the fukk off years ago, their catalog is extra deep.

The average breh in Philly that raps is usually nice.
the average breh in NYC that raps (NOW) is usually...atlanta sounding or wannabe jadakiss.
Philly improved on that advanced cookie cutter template (jadakiss/fabolous/2001-? internet punchline rap) and added emotion, new patterns, voice inflection, etc.
Philly rappers are the reason i don't take NYC serious, especially after living in NYC...and being in Philly a lot.
Key differences in culture and attitude. I respect Philly brehs more. Ny cats are hit or miss...and their gun raps are lies. nikkas paying $300 + for hi point 9mms ain't doing all that shooting...or carrying...at all. They'll cut you tho...Ooh. rap about that.

U making generalizations bro. My life experience can't agree wit that. No doubt Philly is wilder. But to say nikkas is automatically lying in NY if they mention guns in they raps cause of gun prices ain't true. I know street nikkas who collect guns for the fukk of it. Young and older.

and you can double that number of "street nikkas" anywhere ELSE...not to say they're lying, but y'all share guns. I lived there, and I know. You probably haven't lived in an "easy access area".
