First I hear they fired ere'body.
Then this morning, Greenburg says that Mike & Mike's "new Philadelphia home" is 610 AM (apparently, they went back to WIP).
My bro-in-law alluded to the fact that the station is losing money and has a bunch of crappy advertisers now.
I remember when this station first got started, it was THE BEST thing to happen to Philly. But somewhere along the line, they started feeling themselves WAY too much and alienated their fans. Having hoe ass hosts like Brace and that mushmouth fakkit Phil From Mt. Airy didn't help, as they personified the "I know more than you because I'm on the radio" sensibility (I actually had to talk some of my South Philly guys out of robbing and beating the shyt outta Sean Brace one time, he don't know how lucky he came to getting stomped the fukk out).
Anybody know what happened? Did they get new ownership? Did they start seeing backlash from acting like pompous, entitled asses?
Or did they just run outta money?
