Damn so much in this article I have said with regards to #TeamPolygamy2016 in the last few weeks.
I want to dap myself on the back.
The contemporary AA community is already a polyamorous/polygamous society, but there is zero structure to it. Our community is in a level of disaaray because of it. I'm not suggesting Islam is the only method to create that structure , but they already have a model that others could adopt. I also said 2 is good enough

Living in Newark and the surrounding areas, my whole like (there is a large and vocal Black Muslim population there). I know a few people with this arrangement, rarely is the man's idea, not because men can't pursue it, but women see things from a different angle and can see past physical attraction. Also the men are generally well off, that do this because you're basically paying for multiple dwellings. But all in all if everyone is happy, I can't really knock it.
