I've been using a Fujifilm camera for a few months now, and I flip flop between auto and manual. With their film simulation images can come out pretty good straight out of the camera as a jpeg. So if I'm shooting a party I'll just do auto. But when I want more control and do some retouching later, then I'll shoot raw and manual. If I'm hiking and doing some nature photography, auto. But if during that hike there's a nice looking sunset, back to raw and manual. It all depends.

I shoot 35mm film on a Pentax MX and a Pentax Super A camera from the 70s. All manual everything. AP on the super if I’m feeling lazy
