What I learned from this video
(1) Hip Hop is so DUMB now it is retarded...Dudes can rap, if the art form meant something, they would be putting in time to craft better rhymes...But the public just want dumb music to get high and stupid to...
(2) Ghostwriting should be legalized in Hip Hop...Eminem has a whinny high pitched voice, so I can't listen to him...Philly Type Rappers would rap Eminem verses BETTER than Eminem could ever...
More aggressive and believable voice makes the lyrics that much more potent...I don't like high pitched feminine voices like Eminem and Jay Z...I can only tolerate them on a song by song basis...Not an entire album...

You got a point, i never thought this dude Phresher could even attempt to rap this shyt, I thought he just made simplistic raps but I was wrong. And yea rappers might have the talent to pen down some dope rhymes but it's not what the youth wants to hear. U see what they like nowadays.

And Jay has a feminine voice? It's obviously not his strong suit but come on with that. Distinct voices are what makes rappers memorable. Not to say that Em's voice is the easiest to listen to in his prime but it was distinct and probably influenced how he wrote his rhymes in the first place. You're not gonna try and write a verse like Biggie and then not adjust your tonality. Same way with this nikka sounding like cookie monster trying to spit some shyt that is pretty animated.
