You know how when your face is wet, the area right under your nose? The smell amplifies, everything so strong. Is this what being a dog is like? Keep your face wet and you could apply to police departments to be a K9.

My thought is the water would give the particles something to stick to which would allow you to smell it way better and for it to be stronger.
