Noone knows what it is.
Get a piano, and if you have a good ear u could figure it out

even if its pitched down, u can still figure it out on the piano.
all that means it was transposed frm the original with different notes but it sounds the same.
twinkle twinkle little star, and any song can be transposed to a different key signature compared to the original, but still sounds the same overall.. just in a different pitch

yeah i'm just saying it makes it harder to notice the original sample if you happen to be listening to a bunch of grandads records

hmmm that is probably going to be hard as hell to find the original sample if it isnt documented somewhere, its short a non distinctive phrase... add in he probably changed the pitch and tempo, and the ease with which you can chop piano hits thats all spaced out like that...

sounds like its probably way easier to just take the time and play around with the piano and recreate it...
