The only thing that could possibly be interpreted by anyone as "left wing propaganda" are folks that say what you just did about Obama not being progressive enough, ect. You seem very confused.
Conservatism, whether one agrees with it or not, is a legitimate set of ideas and principles used for governing. Having said that, the current state of the Republican party in the US is one that has veered so far off the deep end that no sane, intelligent person could support them without at least one of the aforementioned possibilities being the case. And that is fact.
