That hispanic cop would've shot him in the face if he wasn't recording the ordeal. When I got pulled over the same thing happened to me.The pig had his gun pointed at me then when his back up arrived they had no info on the situation but did what the original officer did.

It seems like they give each other the benefit of the doubt until the persons detained then they try to gather the facts. However, they were sued and I got a nice settlement back then.What I learned in those situations is that, it's always best to cooperate and leave your hands on the steering wheel then go to the police station to file a report later once he let's you go.

Never tell him you're going to file a report tho.

Thats nice you got a settlment, but how about the people that didn't get settlements and lost their lives? Tamir Rice was 12 years old and his parents got an ambulance bill for the transportation of their dead child. I cant tell if hollow points is a double entendre for your arguments
