You can get the wheels and tint done for $4-500 total. I don't know if civilians are allowed to have push bars. Cops would probably give you a hard time if did have one.

how much if i rather have it painted matte/flat black as opposed to getting the vinyl wrap?

didnt think about those issues with a push bar here in North Carolina
