pineapple marinade is fantastic, but you gotta watch the time lol. im a big fan of raw pineapple and i stay fukking up my mouth eating it. i can seriously sit there and eat an entire pineapple, its fukked up.
so if it hurts your mouth that bad chewing it for a few minutes, imagine what those enzymes are doing to dead flesh. i love pineapple marinades for chicken and pork dishes. i wouldnt use it on a steak, thats kinda weird.
its also pretty good grilled. and if its fresh pineapple, its great on pizza with chicken and bacon and red onions. most people hate hawaiian pizza because pizza chains use nasty canned pineapple. try the real deal before you judge.

yes lawd that sounds delicious. I never heard of the blend before. But hell, I can't even find Badia orange pepper seasoning where I live. Gotta make my own.
I noticed that a lot of people will balk at pineapple on pizza, but will scarf down sweet and sour chicken from the chinese spot. Only thing the sweet and sour is missing is the cheese (tomato/ketchup, pineapple+juice, meat, veggies (also vinegar and stock but I digress)

i keep lemon juice and lime juice in the fridge. sometimes ill squirt some in my water bottle for flavor
