for me.. its just that no one in the world would deal with shyt like how skylar and pinkman handled shyt in the series

You'd be surprised how people truly can be. Anyway, jesse was annoying from the start by design. He wasn't supposed to last no more than a few episodes(per the show writers) and you can tell. His growth from beginning until the end is amazing though.
Eh....that's not entirely accurate.
They had basically no info on Jesse's character, other than he'd be the gateway Walt used to get into the drug trade. Then at the end of season 1, he'd die violently and that would fuel Walt's descent into darkness.
This was before they had even started writing the episodes. Before they had even cast Aaron Paul, or anyone.
By the time they did cast him, wrote a couple eps, and seen his chemistry with Bryan Cranston, they realized it would be a mistake to kill him off. The version of the show where Jesse dies was much, much darker.

Breaking Bad is the best show with the most unlikable cast of characters ever. The only characters I liked were Gus, Mike, and Walt.
