Some people don't like big city breh. Since rats are a big city problem I think that's what she really means.

Yep. The Panhandle has rolling hills and an abundance of Pine Trees. Tallahassee can easily pass for a small town in the Atlanta area. Miami is worlds different from Tallahassee.

Yeah im from D.C., used to see them esp during the summer nights ..like they were going to the club too.
