You should have done that a while ago. I got $150 for my OG XBO back before the One S came out. When the Scorpio hits you'll probably be lucky to get $100 for one.

Concrete answers:

Yes, they will be transferable and your saved games will be available.

Speculation:
I'm thinking the Scorpio will be released with an upgrade of their multiplayer which will provide a fully cross-platform ecosystem through Windows.

There will be a plethora of articles warning this will destroy their console market as any PC with Windows will be able to play Xbox games but the convenience that most games who essentially like to pick up and play with little maintenance will continue to power their sales.
