you know what else is on the rise? women dying or becoming disabled in some way during these surgeries in 3rd world countries like DR. i know of 2 cases in the last month of women going to DR for surgery and dying. my aunt actually had a stroke while under anasthesia in dr getting a tummy tuck. shyt is fukked up.
