I ordered Koei's Attack on Titan for the PS3 on April 24th, chose Fedex as the courier. Last time I chose fedex shipping for Sengoku Basara 4 Sumeragi it got to my house in 2 days. So 3 days after I made my order, AoT isn't on my doorstep, I'm lookin' at my PA account notifications and the status is stuck on preparing order; I look at my screen like
I contact them to see what's the holdup, they tell me it's out of stock, I've been ordering from Play-asia since 2008, there's usually a red notification telling you the game is sold out or they're expecting more stock, there was no such notification when I made my order and I would have just ordered that shyt off ebay, so now I'm lookin' like
The status been stuck on preparing order last week and this week so far, I contact them this morning

How do I cancel my order?

Me: The game I want isn't in stock, so I ain't interested in spending my money
