Playa del Carmen vs Cabo vs Cancun vs Cozumel

Getting ideas where to take my girl for a vacation. Both of us are 30 (so not into crazy amounts of partying.) More laid back stuff like Lounging, Spas, Bars, Scenery, etc..
Any recommendations?

I've been to Cancun twice (but that was during college just to party.) So dunno if Cancun is a good spot for young adults to chill.

Playa de Carmen. Was there a few years ago with a chic, and they got some nice all inclusive joints for food and the beaches are semi nude. White sands, clear warm blue water, and if you need to party in Cancun, about 30-40 mins awat by rental or resort shuttle.

Can also take a ferry to Cozumel for a day of sight seeing and snorkeling too.
