While its clear your post is based in emotion, allow me to introduce a little logic. You never see guys who could get 20 mil take the minimum or guys who are young taking the minimum. Its always older guys who have already made a gang of money who no longer can really command a big salary. Winning a championship is usually a dream for players. People take less money to follow a dream all the time.
