Steve Nash when he was at Santa Clara.Shyt was different back then, tho.None of my boys really knew who he was. They were more familiar with Camby, Iverson, Kobe, Ray Allen, Marbury, John Wallace etc..etc.I remember we all met up at a pizza parlor after school to watch the draft that yr.The whole time, I'm saying out loud to myself "Please let Nash fall to 15.Please let Nash fall to 15." My boys looking at me like

..."I'm telling y'all, he'll be the perfect replacement for KJ.I've never seen him miss a J.He's another Mark Price!"
When the Suns actually took him at #15, that was the most satisfying draft moment in my life

.Only time the Suns took someone I actually wanted.Looking back in retrospect, I'm glad the universe didn't grant my wish a few of those times. In '99, I wanted Johnathan Bender, but they took Shawn Marion(I didn't even know who the fukk he was).In '02, I wanted Caron Butler or Chris Wilcox. They took Amare Stoudemire. While Nash was the most satisfying pick, Amare is still my favorite Suns draft pick of all time.Second would be Michael Finley at pick 21.I damn near cried when we traded him for J Kidd.Got over that one quick, tho.First time I saw Kidd run the break in a Suns uniform

...Yeah, we got one
