I cant remember the last game I played without using one. I stay having the wiki guides open for whatever game I'm playing. To be fair, I'll forget what I'm doing or get side tracked with side missions and I never pay attention to city/island names and shyt so games will be like "go to <insert place> and find...." like 90% of the time I dont know where I am going or who I am going to see, especially when there are multiple objectives. That and if there are too many buttons and shyt....you dont even need a good quarter of all the buttons and extra shyt.

I remember I never used to use one because sometimes once you use one its hard to stop. Now its like a part of the ritual. Turn the system on, fire up the wiki guide--etc. I dont like to play for hours on end. I will usually play for up to 45 mins, pause it to read or go to the bathroom or something just to get a break. Even for mario kart and other games, I cant stay glued to the motherfukker consistently anymore.

I think they are great to have as a resource when you get stuck and can't figure something out.

But to me your losing out on the game experience if you just read word for word what to do, never going off track or realizing what's going on outside of "Get to point A by doing this, talk to X, etc"

Walkthroughs have saved me plenty, but once I get what I need from it I close it and its back to the game.

I be using strategy guides for shyt like uncharted and god of war

I be wanting to shoot and chop up nikkas why is there a random ass puzzle (I understand it on uncharted) :damn:

And them shyts be hard as fukk sometimes too.

And in every uncharted game there's ALWAYS one part where I'm running around the level for 30 minutes like "where the fukk do I go :beli:" so I look up a walkthru and it's always some tiny ass ledge that no normal human would think to jump on

As an achievement and trophy hunter, I use those wiki walkthroughs because you don't want to miss and achievement and start all over again :sadcam:

When I went to buy Madden 15, someone actually bought a strategy guide for madden 15... a STRATEGY guide for a fukking sport game!!! :laff::deadware:

They be like "put these 16 shapes in order. We won't tell you what the order is. You can look at your little notebook and hope you figure it out from the poorly drawn picture of a horse :troll:"

I don't like playing games more than once. So I use guides more than I desire. I generally play the game without it then after I get past a part I will review that part in the guide to see if I i missed something or will need to partake in something now to reap a major benefit later (Typical in RPGs, like get this item early or make sure you visit this palce and talk to NPC)

Pretty much. Only time I ever did it was for Arkham City on the Ra's Al Ghul Demon Trials.

I just kept fukkin it up and I eventually got fed up.
