You can't even play all of sony's games on PS unless you subscribe to the PAY-Station service. And you not playing xbox/Nintendo there.
The Xbox system, out the box, plays everything you can legally play on PC, and since its a PC you can do what you're describing.
The Xbox ally is more powerful than the steam deck so I guess you're saying "You have a weaker version?"
