Just put of curiosity why do you need to edit PDFs?
I get a paid version of Adobe through work and the only time I use that is for my timesheet once a week.

I have multiple pdfs on a regular basis that I have to fill out monthly
I have a free app that works on my phone but I prefer to use my laptop that the app isn't available for
