Yea, with what we know currently, I cant say it's rape.
The "rules" or biological imperatives are cool. It's like Asimov's robot laws sorta taken to the extreme. Curious to why an alien species would program shyt that way. Im assuming doing it this way allows you to invade a planet w/o destroying the resources. So you got an abundant amount of resources and 8 billion slaves for the invaders.
The whole show has been them(writers) running the exact same gag and it's sooo tiring, but after the John Cena bit. They finally introduced gave us time with a new character and it was great.
I'm so tired of the alien hive mind and Karen lady doing these 20 minute long awkward comedy bit every episode. It's just so repetitive and it's so dry and at best give me a slight chuckle with instant realization that I just wasted 20 minutes of my time doing same thing since Episode 2.
