Love this show, classic already. I like carol, I feel like her reactions have been the most human. When she was at the hospital and dipped once shyt got really weird . I don’t see how people can hate carol, she’s not only grieving but has to deal with the end of humanity.

because she comes off as a super Karen, that's why I mean you're right she is acting very human with everything that’s going on it’s just she has too much Karen energy going on with her.

I think another thing ppl overlooking is no one she loved/knew survived, so that's also playing a part. It seems like her and JBO breh the only one who didnt have anyone survive. The rest of the english speaking ppl have family they can still look at and talk to. JBO breh is our look at the lone survivor embracing the shyt, harem, doing all he wants. Carol is our look at the survivor trying to sloppily return to normal or go against the hivemind.

One thing that is glaring already (and possibly not entirely fair to compare) is that Rhea is one of a very, very few actors we’ve seen up to this point that has the acting chops to carry a show like this.

It’s not like Better Call Saul where essentially there were little-to-no scenes of importance that had subpar actors. As great as the storytelling was, it needed those actors to do it justice.

I don’t know how much of a role Peter Bergman will play, but other than him, I don’t have any faith the rest of the cast we’ve seen can do that.

We’ll see who else pops up over the succeeding episodes.

I’d like to see a flashback to the military finding out.

You right. I thought the bite happened about the same time the count down ended but it was 29 days before. It’s wild how they took over the planet in a month.

That show was psychological sci-fi too and they just didn't get the ending right.

The writers were like "we were just making shyt up".

If you’ve ever heard Vince on any of the Breaking Bad or BCS podcasts he often mention how they start at the end and work their way back when writing so I wouldn’t worry about it being as nonsensical as Lost.

She’s a great actress. I love her in better call Saul. She’s kind of playing a very similar character on this show.
